1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp honey 2 tarragon sprigs torn 2 tbsp chopped ginger 2 tbsp vegetable oil Salt & pepper to taste
Cut the tops of the carrots off leaving only half an inch at the root. Clean the carrots and cut them in half length-wise. Place into a sealable plastic bag & drizzle with sesame oil, honey, ginger, and tarragon. Toss to coat and place in refrigerator until ready to cook.
Prepare barbecue to medium heat.
Oil and grill. Place carrots flat side down over direct heat and cook for 2 - 4 minutes per side. Carrots should have golden char marks.
Remove from heat.

Broccoli Casserole
1 egg beaten 1/2 cup miracle whip 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbs minced onion 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Cook and drain broccoli. Mix all other ingredients together. Add broccoli to mixture. Place in casserole dish & cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake on 400 degree grill for 40 minutes. | |||||||
